Citroen U23

The Citroen U23 was a 2-ton truck introduced in 1935. The truck was at first powered by a 1911 cc four-cylinder petrol engine, with a 1767 cc four-cylinder diesel engine made available in 1936. The French army put a lot of those in service. However, after its capitulation in 1940 the Wehrmacht took about 6,000 of those as Kriegsbeute. This particular specimen is at Militracks for the first time.
