NSU 251 OSL Motorrad

The NS 251 OSL is a 250cc one-cylinder tour bike, manufactured in large quantities by NSU between 1933 and 1952. OSL stands for: O = obergesteuert, S = Sport, L = Luxus. During WWII this solid motor bike was primarily in use by liaison officers. From 1943 onwards, lack of raw materials forced NSU to replace aluminium parts by cast-iron parts.
