Opel Blitz Tanklöschfahrzeug
In 1942 the Luftwaffe ordered a large number of the fire extinguishing tankers TLF 15/43. So-called tank shots appeared on chassis from Henschel and Opel lorries with frames from the companies Metz and Magirus. The TLF 15/43 was used for combatting fires from air attacks on air strips, air bases and other Luftwaffe facilities.
