Zündapp KS 750 Motorradgespann

The Zündapp KS 750 was the "überschweres Wehrmachtsgespann" — a purpose-built military motorcycle combination with driven sidecar wheel, locking differential and reverse gear. In 1937 the Heereswaffenamt commissioned its development; after extensive testing, the Zündapp was judged superior to the competing BMW R75. Both manufacturers were subsequently required to make 70% of their components interchangeable. With over 18,600 units built, the KS 750 was the most produced heavy German motorcycle combination. From the deserts of North Africa to the Russian steppe — the Zündapp proved itself everywhere.
